At Bench Mark, we develop mobile simulation games including our bus, car and truck simulator games etc. One of our main priorities is the privacy of our players. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that are processed by our mobile Games and how we handle it.

  • Your mobile device type and operating system version.

Because your in-game profile data (Username, Age, and Gender) is stored locally on your device and never reaches our servers, we do not hold any databases of your personal information.

  • How to Delete Your Data: You can  delete your username, age, and gender data at any time simply by clearing the App's data/cache in your Android device settings, or by uninstalling the game.

Children's Privacy & Google Play Families Policy

Protecting children is highly important to us. Because our simulation games request an age, we ensure compliance with Google Play’s Families Policy and COPPA regulations:

  • If a player indicates they are under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in their country) the game is designed to ensure that third-party ad networks (like AdMob) only serve non-personalized, child-safe ads.

  • We do not knowingly collect or transmit any personally identifiable information from children under 13 to our servers.
